关于本政策 About this policy
本政策适用于以 Cangjie 名义运营的网站和应用。浏览汉字字集无需账户、付款或上传照片。可选的分析和会话录制遵循你的隐私选择。由他人独立运营的开源项目副本可能采用不同的数据处理方式。 This policy covers the Cangjie website and app operated as Cangjie. You can browse the character collection without an account, payment or photo upload. Optional analytics and recordings follow your privacy choices. Separately operated copies of this open-source project may have different practices.
设备上的偏好设置 Preferences on your device
语言、外观和隐私选择以及已探索汉字的编号保存在浏览器中，用于记住偏好和进度。这些数据会保留至你清除网站数据，不会跨设备同步。侧栏也可能设置一个七天后过期的偏好 Cookie。搜索和认字活动在浏览器内运行。 Your language, appearance and privacy choices and explored character IDs are saved in your browser to remember your preferences and progress. They remain until you clear the site data and are not synchronized across devices. The sidebar can also set a preference cookie that expires after seven days. Search and recognition activities run in your browser.
账户与必要邮件 Accounts and essential emails

When you register, Supabase stores your email, protected password hash or Google identity information, user ID, display name and authentication records. Google information may include your name, email and profile-picture URL. We do not receive your Google password. Profiles are private. Essential cookies maintain your login session.

Turnstile and request limits help prevent abuse. Registration does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Account pages are excluded from optional analytics and session recordings. Explored characters and drawings are not yet synchronized across devices.

Edit your display name in your account; contact contactcangjie@gmail.com to request data access or deletion. We may verify ownership. Clearing browser data does not delete your account. Provider logs and backups follow their retention settings.
可选分析与会话录制 Optional analytics and recordings

Data can include page paths, referrer domains, campaign tags, browser/device information, pseudonymous identifiers, and actions such as character views or search result counts. Cookies or browser storage can recognize returning visits. We do not send raw search text, questions, contact details or drawing strokes to these tools.

PostHog reconstructs page interactions with text and inputs masked. Ask Cangjie, contact forms and the writing pad are excluded. Recordings can be sampled. Hotjar and Microsoft Clarity are not installed.

Declining does not limit the collection. Withdrawing stops future collection; it does not delete previously collected provider data. Clearing site data removes your saved choices. Cloudflare service and security metrics operate separately from these optional tools.
可选的“问问仓颉” Optional Ask Cangjie
提交问题时，应用会将问题、所选汉字或比较、语言和请求的操作发送至服务器。若实时 AI 可用，服务器会将问题和相关精选证据发送给 OpenAI 生成回答；否则返回预先整理的解释。请避免在问题中包含个人或敏感信息。 When you submit a question, the app sends it with your selected character or comparison, language and requested action to its server. If live AI is available, the server sends the question and relevant curated evidence to OpenAI to generate an answer. Otherwise, it returns a curated explanation. Avoid including personal or sensitive information in questions.
应用不会建立保存的问题与回答历史。实时 AI 请求会关闭回答存储，但 OpenAI 仍可能依照其数据控制说明，为滥用监测等目的保留数据。OpenAI 表示，API 数据默认不用于训练，除非 API 客户主动选择加入。这些属于服务提供商的政策，并不意味着数据完全不被保留。 The app does not create a saved question-and-answer history. Live AI requests disable saved response storage, but OpenAI may still retain data for abuse monitoring and other purposes described in its data controls. OpenAI states that API data is not used for training by default unless the API customer opts in. These are provider policies, not a guarantee of zero retention.
联系表单与电子邮件 Contact form and email
联系我们时，我们会收集你的姓名、电子邮件地址、咨询类型、选填的主题和留言。托管和电子邮件服务提供商会处理这些信息，将你的留言发送至 contactcangjie@gmail.com。 When you contact us, we collect your name, email address, inquiry type, optional subject and message. Our hosting and email service providers process these details to deliver your message to contactcangjie@gmail.com.

Messages are kept in Cangjie's email inbox for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and any related obligations. The app does not save contact form submissions in an application database.
反垃圾信息验证和频率检查会使用 IP 地址、浏览器信息等技术数据，防止表单遭到滥用。 Anti-spam verification and rate checks use technical data, such as IP address and browser information, to protect the form from abuse.
托管与技术数据 Hosting and technical data
Cloudflare 会处理 IP 地址、浏览器信息、请求时间和请求资源等技术信息，以提供服务、维护安全和排查故障。其边缘网络指标可显示请求量、机器人和 AI 爬虫，包括不会运行浏览器分析脚本的请求。启用实时 AI 时，应用可能临时使用 IP 地址限制重复请求。基础设施日志的保留期限遵循服务提供商设置。 Cloudflare processes technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, request times and requested resources to deliver, secure and troubleshoot the service. Its edge metrics can show request volumes, bots and AI crawlers, including requests that do not run browser analytics. When live AI is enabled, the app may temporarily use an IP address to limit repeated requests. Infrastructure log retention follows provider settings.

The collection works without using Ask Cangjie. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data, object to processing, or complain to a privacy authority. Contact Cangjie about information processed for this service, including by its providers. Independently operated linked services handle their own privacy requests.
追踪与加州隐私权 Tracking and California privacy
应用没有出售个人信息或为跨情境行为广告共享个人信息的功能。浏览器的“请勿追踪”和“全球隐私控制”信号会关闭可选分析与会话录制，即使你之前已允许。服务提供商仍会接收前文所述、提供服务和保障安全所需的技术信息。 The app has no features for selling personal information or sharing it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable optional analytics and recordings, even if you previously allowed them. Service providers still receive technical information needed to deliver and secure the service as described above.

儿童与家庭使用 Children and family use
应用不会询问你的年龄。家长和监护人应引导儿童使用，帮助他们避免在问题或公开项目留言中提供身份信息。若你认为儿童已经提交了个人信息，请联系 Cangjie，但不要公开发布该信息。 The app does not ask for your age. Parents and guardians should guide children’s use and help them keep identifying information out of questions and public project messages. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact Cangjie without posting the information publicly.
